IE9 - FAQ page drawers click open but do not click closed #23

In IE9, the FAQ drawers cannot be closed by clicking the minus icon or the drawer title -- the only way a drawer can be closed is by opening another drawer. (Therefore, in IE9 it is impossible to return to a state where all the drawers are closed, unless the page is refreshed.)
