IE9 - IE10 - Press Releases: "Read More" cannot be opened by clicking arrow #28

Unlike all other desktop browsers, in IE9 and IE10, the "READ MORE" links on the Press Releases page cannot be opened clicking either the arrow or the area between the arrow and the "READ MORE" text. In IE9 and IE10, you have to click exactly on the drawer "READ MORE" to open link.
