Control Bids are forcing #10

As a side note a jump shift is unnecessary here. Just go to game.

Sorry, didn't realize there wasn't really any support for control bids yet or that the autobidder doesn't know when to start Blackwood. I'd like to take a shot at putting together a patch that makes progress in this area.

No problem. :) There isn't really much slam planning at all. We haven't really spent as much time as we should trying to figure out slam. This bug report is still useful regardless.
