Gnome 43 Support #34

Gnome 43 tested and works correctly with the current release, added support to metadata.json

Thanks, but I won't be merging this. I prefer to test it myself before I officially add support for the version. The reason for that is I'd like to make sure everything works fine with all the different clients I added support for. Namely ncspot, and the different builds of Spotify from different package managers. Past experience says things may very well break for one of those while seemingly working fine for the rest.

I'll get on it soon.
