Temperatures not displayed for non-administrator user #618

If I execute OpenHWMonitor as Administrator all is ok...
but if I execute it from a "normal" user some temperatures like the CPU ones or 
the HDD ones aren't displayed.

A "normal" user should be able to see the temperatures ! Clever user NEVER run 
Windows as Administrator to avoid hackers and viruses... so I think it's very 
important to fix this :D
