Add module's URL to cpan in the repository short description #8

Would you eventually add the URL to Perl/Tk's page on cpan to the short description of this GitHub repository? This way, we can immediately jump to CPAN. E.g. https://metacpan.org/pod/distribution/Tk/Tk.pod or http://search.cpan.org/dist/Tk/Tk.pod

Especially for metacpan, it would be a nice thing, as you can go the the GitHub repo by clicking a link at the left side. This way, we would be able to easily return.
