At present, English's plague consists of two words. These words you may know, for you use them every day when referring to existence, identity, class membership and inclusion, predication, auxilliary and location. However, these two words, forming the copula, serve nothing more than to buffer our conversations. I declare the copula's status as useless and unneeded. Why our children must learn about this linking verb? Why must it get pushes for usage from all places of this planet? It, sadly, happens because of a conspiracy for support of it. I say we ban it, stop it from filling our speaking and declare a new English for future generations, called English Prime.
