VPS: Install DNS Service

Need Unbound (DNS) role for VPS. The idea is to use this DNS via wireguard as Secondary (or Primary?) DNS server for all connected to VPS locations.

Requirements:

• [ ] IPTables hardened. Only for Trusted networks;
• [ ] Next DNS hope should be DoT or DoH servers;
• [ ] If possible, configure AD-blocking lists;
• [ ] Monitoring DNS to Prometheus;
