ml.usegalaxy.eu is just a different VIEW on the european Galaxy server your tools are there just hidden. infact the ML tools are visible on usegalaxy.eu on usegalaxy.eu you have ALL tools its just more crowded we can use usegalaxy.eu and the ml.usegalaxy.eu just to get a better overview.

We can at some point create astronomy.usegalaxy.eu like we have climate.usegalaxy.eu/ https://usegalaxy-eu.github.io/operations/subdomains.html
