Blank confirm message on the "Remove All Items" button #529

Describe the bug

When you click on the "Remove All Items" button in your cart area, a confirmation window appears with a red question mark but no text. On my browser and resolution, the buttons even partially obscure the

To Reproduce

  1. Add something to your cart
  2. Click on "Remove All Items"
  3. Observe the no message message box
