Single Dataset Globus Transfer #582

Comparable to wget give a Globus option for Globus-enabled datasets. This feature would link to app.globus.org with the dataset brought into view at the correct endpoint and the user takes it from there.

Updated to mention a 2-prong approach

[ ] Schedule a transfer on click, provided a destination collection/path has been established
[ ] bring the user to the globus file-manager (this is either completing a template or grabbing a pre-populated url from the record)
