Fix homepage on mobile

Because it's broken. Problems:

• too much text pushes searchbar below fold (add show/hide button?)
• menu wrapping looks ugly (show/hide with "+" or a hamburger icon?)
• make a narrow version of graphs (labels are too long)

The entire frontend is, frankly, a mess. Since the project is now (mostly) archived, I'm closing this.
