Port developer tools from wsdemo #4

The one clear feature request thus far is to have the easy request/response viewing features of wsdemo ported to hnoss.

These should:

support both SOAP and JSON/REST endpoints
automatically cache the last request and response to survive page reloads
display url, method, headers, and body in human-readable format

it'd be nice to have some JSON/XML syntax highlighter included this time, also. though, that isn't essential.
