Reference to httplib.HTTPException in py3 code #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just look at line 851 (2nd except in _conn_request function in 
httplib2.__init__.py (r1367adf877)

Please provide any additional information below.
Simply replace httplib.HTTPException with http.client.HTTPException to fix
