Investigate how the add_project API for civic_json_worker knows which organization to add a new project to ... looking at lines 140-9 of projects.html, I'm not seeing how it gets assigned to an org.

We will have to hook up that form to update the master list of projects for the SF brigade. This might be updating a Google spreadsheet. Need to coordinate with the group working on this list.
