This PR does a few things:

[x] keep a combination of bands for shear measurements if wanted
[x] return the T flags
[x] allow for the measurements to use an mbobs with a different PSF model than the original one for detection

Just an FYI, I am going to freeze API changes for a bit while I test this against other sims. Happy to accept suggestions though!
