Cosmology volume element #2

I'm not sure if it's intended or not but the volume and volume element in the 
cosmology idl class are per steradian at the moment.

Thank you, this should be documented.  Would your expectation different?  Would 
you have expected the result to be times 4pi, and expect the user to divide out 
to get their area?

Perhaps there should be an area= keyword?

I think just adding 'per steradian' to the documentation would be good. 
Personally as it was written at the moment I was expecting it to be over the 
whole sphere.
