Some ideas of upgrades #13

Hi, Just a proposal of upgrade for your plugin. I find it very useful and use it daily.

There were a few things that I think could improved the user experience:

asynchrone upload. With the upload on save, it's really nice to be able to continue to work while the file is upload.
configurable name for the synchronization script
resolve symlinks
