Remove the discovery dependency from the CG-Layer #92

In order to minimize the size of the library, and to remove the need of 
fetching/including a discovery document with each service we should remove the 
discovery dependency from the code-generated layer. The parameter validation 
and the rest path can be included within the ServiceRequest.
