[Feature Request] ESI endpoint for handling corporation applications.

An API that allows a recruitment officer of the corporation to view applications and accept or reject applications. This will allow 3rd parties to fine tune their tools and application process.

An endpoint for applying to corporations could also be a nice to have. These two endpoints could allow for a fully automated application process from the corporation's perspective. Something along the lines of

• Sign in to EVE SSO on our corp website
• Automatic checks performed against API (Required skills/SP)
• Click to submit application
• Application submitted and approved through ESI

Not sure if that's desirable from a gameplay/design standpoint, but I'm sure there are some recruiters who would like it.

It would also be helpful to be able to use this to see who has outstanding invitations to a corporation - many New Players don't realise that they need to click on these and accept them in game and this would allow development of a tool to monitor invitations not taken up and contact the player to explain what they need to do rather than manually having to trawl through a write to each one with instructions or new players just thinking they have been ignored/forgotten
