fileCacheDataLoader has no 'proxyPreferenceManager' property #3

Hi Pierrick,

we have our own webapp. While searching the issue i mentioned here: https://github.com/esig/dss/pull/66 i compiled the demo and it has also a problem with the latest changed. Just wanted to mention.

fileCacheDataLoader has no 'proxyPreferenceManager' property

Hi Florian,

Thanks to mention it. The issue is now fixed in the develop branch. FYI, I don't work every day on the demonstration. It could be desynchronized. :-)

We just integrated it into the daily builds as reference. Thats why i noticed it today.
