Feature Request - Series Manger - Team Results across categories, and please add "Update:' to HTML #134

Currently, the Team Results show the total points by team for each race category.

Could we get a summary page showing the accumulated points for each team for all categories?

Also, the HTML page for the Team results does not have an "Update: ..." field after the "by " field.
