All Html Help files are missing in Windows install #68

Describe the bug The Html windows files are missing in Windows.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install CrossMgr.
  2. Go to the Main Screen.
  3. Click on 'Help/Help....'
  4. See error "File not found: MainScreen.html" (details in screen capture below).

Expected behavior Help file to be found and displayed in browser.

Fixed bugs in compile.sh and compile.ps1 where the help folders were being copied before the help was built.
