Khronkite is far the most stable kwin tiling solutions out there , thanks to proper design and implementation of original author. But since its no longer maintained , someone should take over. I am new to typescript to take over this project, someone with typescript and kwinscripting experince would be nice.

bump. this is the only reason i still install plasma-desktop, and the first thing i put on any new installation. if i had any more experience id volunteer. didnt even know its not maintained, just randomly came to check the opened issues after experiencing the bug where windows that become disconnected from the tiling go always-on-top fullscreen and become numb to the hotkeys, making you have close out the entire window, very annoying when working with ~~10 browser tabs, some with unfinished form entries

Same reason i am still using Linux desktop in general. Krohnkite is only Tiling WM that is more stable than others tiling script out there . All other Tiling scrips are coded just like a 2000 era javascript. this one done things properly so it would be easy to maintain and actually grow, thats why a lot less bug than others.

KDE need this kind of Window tiling even built into core.
