When i have a dock or panel that is set to auto hide or dodge active windows, floating windows are shown on top of the dock, completely hiding it; therefore making me unable to show it if the floating window is maximized or if it placed where the panel or dock would appear. If i choose the visibility option to "windows go below", the bug keeps happening and the floating windows still keep appearing on top.
This behavior was fist observed with a floating dock i have, using the latte dock application; however i tested it with the auto hiding panels that are built in with the plasma desktop environment; and the exact same thing happens.
This kwin script seems really cool and useful; however as i heavily on auto hide floating docks on my desktop workflow; this is what is preventing me from using it. I'd really appreciate if you could take a look into it.
