Stain Class

The following properties are necessary:

• [x] Name: String
• [x] Cost: Double
• [x] Image: String (The location of the image)

These will be a part of the Tile class as a list. They are not a product, so all properties are necessary.

Due to working with EF core, an Id property should also be added.
