Documentation: Add a section to list API wrappers #12

For now I've found this one in Ruby: https://github.com/data-creative/citybikes-api-ruby

But maybe there are more? Listing them might be helpful for someone starting a project.

If there are reasons to encourage not using a wrapper given the simplicity of the API, they could be written in that section too.
