Killer Instinct Gold - Rain/Snow Graphical Glitches

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play on Maya's Stage
2. Play on Glacius' Stage
3. Play on Kim Wu's Stage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see rain/snow. I see white/grey blocks coming down instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Version. Windows XP
