Hi @igorcferreira
It seems to me that you've recently migrated to MongooseIM 3.2.0 from some older version, is it correct? If so, then a method of configuring database connections has changed significantly and everything is described in https://mongooseim.readthedocs.io/en/latest/migrations/3.1.1_3.2.0/
Thanks @fenek. My problem was really an incomplete upgrade of my configuration file. The link sent was really useful.
MongooseIM version: master Installed from: source Erlang/OTP version: 21
I'm trying to configure a MongooseIM server, and, when trying to connect Postgres server, the application fails with the error
{pool,rdbms,default}
. Unfortunately, the error messages and logs do not provide any useful information regarding of where the error can be.I tested the Postegres connection, and it is possible to connect through TCP into the database configured, with the user that is passed in the configuration file. And the database was configured using the pg.sql file available in the priv folder.
Is there something that I'm missing? Or, is there any way to get a better report of what can be the issue?
