Clearer primops #48

Hey,

So this just spreads the usage of the tprimop module everywhere a {primop} node was before created.

Also, it moves the function mapping into tcore in the primop clause of the eval function, thus having more "genericity" on what code to execute for primops. (CL will not use erlang funs for instance.)

I reviewed the pull request and added a commit, it looks fine to me.
