Build pre-existing packages #39

The new system is building latest erl MAINTS but all packages listed in erlang-solutions website are not available in s3 yet. We need to build them.

Before moving forward we need to list the current architecture build by old system.

With support for last one and maintaining support for Old Packages system, step is not needed
