Hello i have a Philips PUS7805 Smart TV (non android it is Saphire) I dont have some ambilight modes (some audio modes like scanner etc) Can i put these mods to my tv? I didnt understand these codes can you help me?

No, I am afraid there is no way to extend the Ambilight modes - you get whatever your TV provides.
