[BUG] Credentials not saved if pairing run outside Pylips folder #50

A user reports that running Pylips pairing process outside of the Pylips folder on Windows results in the credentials not being saved in the config file.

To-do:

  1. Reproduce the bug on Windows
  2. See if Ubuntu is also affected
  3. Fix it

The bug affects Windows systems only, will be fixed in the next release.
