Please merge semver-patch PRs only until we determine whether or not a patch release is necessary.

Aside from https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/14767, which works as intended, there were no other regression reports, so this concludes the v7.30.0 release.

Please feel free to merge semver-minor PRs again.
