Add Spanish Readme.md file to improve documenattion accessibility

What changes did you make? (Give an overview)

1.- Into Readme.md file I added a new secction named Translations which has links to languages translations files 2.- Into root I added a new directory named docs/es whitch has a README.md file with translation. .--- |---docs |---es |---README.md
