SuperPhasor: stop infloop on start=end #10

Currently, if start==end, SuperPhasor hangs on an infloop. I changed INCREMENT_POS and simplified it a bit, for both SuperPhasor and SuperPhasorX. I got my inspiration from Phasor. Let me know what you think!
