This was the latest to do it:

b = Buffer.read(s, "/Users/Hoover/Desktop/TWG cueing system_video/Resources/Media/TTHA/Audio/002 TBH1.wav")

{ SuperPlayBuf.ar(2, b, MouseX.kr(-12, 12), b.atSec(60*5), b.atSec(60*6)) }.play

Fixed, this was a problem in the Ctor
