Black bars displayed on map #209

Unsure if this is a bug or I'm just clueless, but I keep getting black bars on my maps (both embedded and in the map view). I've tried using different basemap providers, but the issue is the same.

Can anyone help me find a fix for this?

I figured out that it was a snippet causing the issue and now realise the importance of thoroughly testing. Apologies! Closing this.
