What?

Bit late. Sorry. Bringing all needed for deploying/updating-to 1.3.0 to the 1.3.0 branch (which was behind). We are skipping 1.2.0 here since 1.2.0 has no larger/breaking changes from 1.1.0, just bug fixes and still D9 Compatible
