Configuration Management for Live deployments is complex. Even more if you run Drupal Multisites or you want to upgrade your deployment (and bring preconfigured cool settings) but still keep your sites live settings separated because you actually do upgrades, install custom Modules, etc.
@dmer @giancarlobi what are your thoughts? this repo will not provide by default more than the basic settings, but the idea is that deployment will encourage people to copy its configs into a separate Version Controlled folder/repo instead of using the provided ones to start a deployment.
