ISSUE-227: import_export.sh improvements #228

Resolves #227. Deletes existing JSON files (with option to keep) before exporting. Uses UUIDs instead of sequence for filenames. Adds option for using a JSONAPI filter for exporting. Thanks again to @patdunlavey for his contributions!
