2024 was a year of great advancements within the Archipelago community--from a variety of new software features and functionality to configuration enhancements and updated templates, displays, and other outputs. Our community also saw the launch of new Archipelagos and wonderful expansions and enrichments of existing repositories.
This issue marks our working enumeration of concrete tasks completed during 2024, building up to and moving beyond the Archipelago 1.4.0 release. This list also includes works-in-progress and future to-do's, is open for public evaluation and comments, and will continue to be updated to include more of the latest Archipelago updates and new features as the year rolls onward.

[x] NEW!: Result payload reducer Processor. Drupal brings every field of every Solr document on return by default. On a per-view basis and using the analysis of the rendered output we reduce this to the bare minimum to have faster Solr responses and less memory usage
