esmero-php: add file utilities #5

What is new?

Pdfinfo (poppler utils) Exiftool (Perl) Fido (Pronom extraction) and Python to the base container

This are all needed for strawberry_runners processing chain and in general quite useful.

@DiegoPino This Dockerfile built with no errors for me. It seems straightforward, don't have improvements for now.

I am happy to be using fido! We are Python People now.
