ADO Demo docs have 404 errors #113

http://docs.archipelago.nyc/1.0.0/archipelago-deployment-democontent/ has a couple of broken links in this sentence:

The new way Archipelago 1.0.0-RC2 or higher. You installed it either via the Step by Step deployment on OSX, the one for Ubuntu or using your secret powers directly on a VM/Metal/Cloud/EC2 or even a raspberryPI.

and in this sentence:

Old way, A running Archipelago 1.0-Beta3 or higher. You installed it either via the Step by Step deployment on OSX, the one for Ubuntu or using your secret powers directly on a VM/Metal/Cloud/EC2 or even a raspberryPI.

Bonus round: Katie Romabiles is missing from the Care and Coding + Fixing section. :)
