I found nowhere to configure to place the blocks in the right sidebar #183

image Are they hard-coded in the theme template files? I hope to configured them via Web UI, esp. to manipulate them with the context module.

I tried on the Seven theme, not the using front-end Archipalego base theme. My fault.
