Document the Facet VBO URL handler for VBO driven Views (Search and replace & colleagues) + default Solr Limit #198

What?

We deliver pre-configured facets for Search and Replace and a default/Solr Server wide default limit. But if a user adds a new facet it might be unaware that the VBO URL processor needs to be enabled to have the "visible" list/count of objects be respected during actual VBO process.

I'm unaware of us having docs for this, but maybe we have. But also I have explained this so many times in slack and live calls that I might just have residual memory of all of this (or I have become the documentation)

Ok @DiegoPino , think something could be added to the general F&R documentation about this. Not sure it makes sense to break out into its own document. That sound good to you?

Yes. Sounds good to me, Eventually we will have to build specific facet docs, given that people keep asking for new features in that realm, but that is a tomorrow problem.
