Issue-13: Add missing schema #14

This fixes #13

What is new?

Added content for schema file in /config/schema/archipelago_subtheme.schema.yml

To test

  1. Get the new schema and clear cache
  2. Re-save the settings for this theme under http://localhost:8001/admin/appearance/settings/archipelago_subtheme
  3. Go to http://localhost:8001/admin/reports/config-inspector/archipelago_subtheme.settings/list and make sure there are no errors.
