The times we have setup "to compost" are 6 Hours +. For smaller repos where resources are limited we want to have also one hour.
Strawberry runners because its need to access files locally does not generate URLs with a stream wrapper but always puts them into system temp (/tmp normally). Adding a "allowed prefix/path" that matches that additionally to temp:// allows composting to happen. This is needed for https://github.com/esmero/strawberry_runners/pull/71 to work properly
