Initial design of load balance plot. Each level of the a timing tree is represented as a stacked bar chart.

These are "total" times -- i.e., total time spent in the region for each PET. Also interesting to plot is min and max times per PET in this same format.

How do we represent components here? The PETs per component could be interleaved, but could be re-sorted or grouped together. Don't have to sort by PET number.

Filtering - give me all PETs and only forecast time (run phase). Show me just ocean PETs.
