Turn on ESMPy testing on Catania #85

Currently we cannot test ESMPy on Catania because of NetCDF issues. Once Catania has been wiped and reinstalled with recent OS and Clang, Gfortran and MPI from Homebrew, re-enable ESMPy testing on Catania.
